    Starting the Cambridge diet on Monday any advice to get started and stay on track?

    Hi jass just remember to drink lots of water and stay positive because the first 3 to 5 days are the hardest I'm starting today after so many failed attempts so I hope I stick to it this time. You pm me if u want a diet buddy so we can keep each other on track x

    Hi. Drink water throughout the day sipping is good. And take it a day at a time and keep coming on here.

    Bought some two litre bottles of water to make sure I drink the required amount.

    Will keep you posted through out the week :eek:)
