Am just wondering if i could get a big of information and guidance really. Im really interested in doing the cambridge diet but cant start it until next month.im 21, 5ft 2 and very overweight. Im about 15stone 6. Have a little girl who's nearly 2. We want to try for another baby soon but want to lose as much weight as i can. Would love to hear other people stories on this diet x
