    hi guys i went in to weigh my self and i lost 10lbs, but afterwards ruined everything with a plate of rice for dinner, i feel guilty:cry:

    Don't feel guilty, you haven't ruined it, it's just a minor blip, start again today and you'll get there. You've had inspirational losses, don't give up now. :)

    hi, 10lb loss is brilliant just forget wat uve done and start again today.

    im starting again today after the blip i made yesterday. so far so good with every1s help
