It'll be one syn per 20 calories as no free food.

It is the rule when there is no free food in a product/recipe etc and also in products where the free food does not apply - which includes pre-packed soups and McDonalds etc.

If you're making your own eg soup at home using fresh ingredients you can count free food though, so the 1 syn per 20 calories rule doesn't apply and you need to put it through the calculator.
