Hello everyone,
I'm new here and looking for the best place for me.
I'm now following a diet plan, just trying to reduce eating rubbish and trying to eat healthier and excersize to drop a few more lbs (just began adding power walking to my routines so be great to chat with others who do it).
I've been on plans in the past (sw, ww) but due to some health problems I need something different so I'm almost going it alone.

Any help of which part of the forum would suit me best would be great, I dont want to post in the wrong sections.
I'm looking forward to being part of such a diverse community.

Hi and welcome. Do you want to calorie count or go GI type of diet? There are plenty of books available. Or atkins type?

Meanwhile why not keep a daily food diary and see how you are doing.
