can anybody tell me....please

how long until u can eat sugar free chewing gum again and if you are going to drink diet drinks what would u recommend? also sugar free juice? refeed sheet tells u to eat,chicken,salad,milk in tea n coffee,veg first few days then potato n bread introduced afterwards but doesnt give u much more info and i dont want to go eating chewing gum if it is going to mess the whole process up....:(

do you know if u can replace normal bread with ryvita or those little crispy crisp breads? if so how many can u have? and what yoghurts can u have and after how many days lol weight watchers or those muller light yogurts i am guessing which u would eat if u were doing slimming world or weight watchers type diets as they r so low in fat but again i am not sure and dont want to go wrong and end up piling weight on

i did ask my chemist but she told me to refer to the refeed leaflet which i dont think is very useful at all :cry:
