I am staring ss tomorrow and my weigh in is Friday next week. Realistically how mush could I hope to loose?

It varies from person to person in my first week i lost 11lbs, my son lost 10lbs 7 my daughter that ssing only for a short time as she didn't have much to loss lost 5lbs....xxx

Well 5lb is 5lb so that still good going. Am going to try for 1/2 a stone. I will be drinking the 4ltrs of water and keep my fingers crossed ha ha x

Water really is the key, i usually drink between 4-6 litres a day. Good luck....xxx

Half a stone is certainly achievable between tomorrow and Friday. Just stick to it religiously and keep glugging the crystal elixir!!
