Just had my week 2 weigh in and have lost 4lbs this week - added to the 10 from week one, I'm really happy. Am feeling like I'm settling down into the swing of things and wondered whether anyone has any hints as to anything extra that you can do to boost the weight loss. For instance, should I drink more than 4 litres a day? Will that make a difference? What kind of exercise is best for shifting the pounds? Any advice would be much appreciated...
