Can anyone help me please???

I did slimming world diet 2 years ago.
Today dh started dukan diet and I said I would join him -just-to support him tbh- but I can't do it.I can't eat that much meat over 3 days.So I said I will do slimming world then I am supporting and meal planning but not too extreme for me.
So today I had 2 scrambled eggs ,3 slices of ham ,4 homemade chicken meatballs and a teaspoon of ricotta cheese[thinking I was gonna do dukan] so I thought I could do a red day today.
So can anyone remind me what would be counted as healthy extras and what can I have for tea???

You can either do a red day or extra easy day.

I'm not too sure if the ricotta cheese needs to be syned.

There is a thread specifically for hex's, there's so many too chose from.

For tea if doing extra easy or red there are so many things to chose from, what have you got in?
