Can Do

Is there anything you can do now that you couldn't do before your diet?

I couldn't clean my oven. I couldn't get down comfortably and once down, I couldn't get up again. My mate used to come and clean the oven for me. Yesterday not only did I get down, and back up, but I made a blooming good job of it.

Anyone else got a "can do" story?

I can do loads Lisa!! I can comfortably cross my legs! I can run without almost dying!! Most importantly i can look in the mirror without being disgusted, i look and smile now! x

do you know when your sat on the toilet, I can see between my legs to see what I have done, I've not been able to do that for some years!
