    knock you out of ketosis?

I did it last night as i had a porridge in the morning, and then late in the afternoon my SS+ meal and forgot about anything else until around 8ish so i had them both together, can that knock me out? i havent got sticks to check yet either.

It's possible, but don't worry about it. No harm would have been done, and you are probably right back in this morning :)

Personally, I really wouldn't bother. The stix wont make any difference to anything really. You would have still lost fat, you would either be in keto now, or out (unlikely) What difference would the stix make to you?
