6 pounds is still a great loss! however i have been told in previous slimming clubs that when you exercise a lot more than normal for that week or so your body holds on to fat a bit more thinking it needs to store for a marathon or something! not sure how true it is but thought i would share. On previous diets i have often found id STS or even gain the first week i started doing more than usual. hope your offical weigh in brings happy news!!
