Morning ladies just had my first shake and wasn't as sweet as I expected, am I allowed to add sweetness to them?
Total Solution Can I add sweetener to shakes?

You're allowed tablet sweetners but not powdered ones.
Also as the shakes are cold the tablets dont seem to dissolve very well so I (if I use any) crush them between 2 spoons first so they mix in to the shake and dont get left sitting at the bottom!
