I didn't try any of the recipes myself, because I was a bit worried in case I didn't like them & I wouldn't then have enough shakes left for that day ! ( my chemist was a miserable so-and-so who wouldn't have let me buy just the one extra shake to make up for it ! )

I think there's a thread on here where people have made crisps with the soup (what's that all about????)
Also using a small amount of water to make an ice cream out of the shakes.
Personally I just stick it in the shaker and drink it!!

what reciepies? aside from coffee in your vanilla and choc i dont know of any!

i think the main point of the shakes is that they are not supposed to be too tasty, so the less you mess with them the better.

Hi Roch,

I've heard a lot of ideas from various people on the site but haven't tried them all.

Vanilla and coffee for a latte (have tried this - yummy!)

Chocolate added to mint tea.

Chocolate with coffee for a mocha.

Flapjacks toasted.

Half flapjack mixed with half vanilla shake for a porridge type dish.

Soup with added spices (not sure which ones, Gaz is the expert here but be careful coz some ingredients will knock you out of ketosis)
