I've heard a lot of ideas from various people on the site but haven't tried them all.
Vanilla and coffee for a latte (have tried this - yummy!)
Chocolate added to mint tea.
Chocolate with coffee for a mocha.
Flapjacks toasted.
Half flapjack mixed with half vanilla shake for a porridge type dish.
Soup with added spices (not sure which ones, Gaz is the expert here but be careful coz some ingredients will knock you out of ketosis)
