Evening Ladies

This is my 2nd week and in my first week I lost (only) 1lb :( now I am glad its going in the right direction but I really wanna do well this week so could you look under the food diaries and check out my diary, (sarah aka MBP food diary) I am going to update it everyday so I am hoping you can kinda keep and eye on me and point me in the right direction.

Tell me what I should avoid or whats OK, now I know you are going to see some dry mixes but last week I had a terrible time with evening meals so I am happy using some syns on these to know I am going to enjoy my meal.

when i want a super super slim week i do a couple of days like this,

brekkie, muller light banana

dinner fat free super noodles apple

tea pasta and sauce ( use two you will be hungry)

snacks i have a packet of quavers 4.5 syns and lf fromage frais with highlights mixed in XXXXX
