Can I do a 2 week Bath Challenge? Anybody welcome!

I hate to sound so ignorant ,but what exactly is the bath challenge and how does it help the diet? Thanks

Bath Spa is a Beautiful City in the South West of England. I guess it must have sounded very funny if you didn't realise.

A group of us met up there on 14th April it was a beautiful sunny day and we had a lovely time.

Hi Usagirl, it was just a challenge I set up for a date that was 2 weeks in the future for an event a few of us were going to. I didnt end up going in the end but I just used it as a mini challenge as incentive to carry on with the diet and reach a mini target of a few pounds, nothing too exciting or complicated! lots of people do a challenge just to keep them on track. hth xxx
