I will say a NO NO!....
I expect there are others that wil say they have had oxo and it hasn't made a difference, but strickly speaking it is a NO on SS

As I understand it Oxos have loads of salt in, and shouldnt be drunk as a drink full stop. I learned this on my A level Food & Nutrition, so apologies if its a few years out of date!

This salt will also add to water retention so I wouldnt.
