Can I have pepper in my soup?

    Hi all you CD'ers.

    Can anyone tell me if I am allowed pepper in my soup?

    I have been so far (leek & Potato with pepper, yum yum) but not sure if its allowed.

    Yep you sure can. I use fresh home made pepper paste in mine. Just put some fresh hot peppers in a food processor until it turns almost to a paste with some bits of pepper still there, and yum. I loooove spicy.

    Can you use garlic granules (like dried garlic) ? Just thought about this tonight.

    Yes, as the others say, pepper is fine.

    Tabasco can cause problems for some, so it isn't recommended.

    Garlic is a no-no I'm afraid.

    You can add up to 1g of curry powder:)
