Last week someone on here gave us the recipe for Cowboy Pie, OMG it was the nicest meal I've had in ages and super cheap as well. It's just Quorn sausages (the frozen bags are the cheapest or try the supermarket own brand but double check the syns as I'm not 100% sure they are free) cooked and sliced, put beans on top and then mash on the top of it, I also put a bit grated cheese on (HEX A), in the oven for 20 minutes. Oooohhh it was sooo nice even my other OH liked it and he is super fussy!!! xx

Loving the sound of the pot rosti thingie, I want that right now
I could never get bored of j spuds, so many different fillings to go in them lol
i could eat them pretty much every day
with beans and cheese
with tuna
with cheese, ham and coleslaw
with cottage cheese
With boiled eggs (scoop out the middle mix with eggs and put back in with a sprinkling of cheese on top til browned off)
with flavoured rice and salad
and I like to have pork chops, veg, j spud and a little gravy mmmmmm
I am having one for lunch now lol

lol i know i avnt got the highest budget for shopping best of weeks after bills etc ... and its super cheap
