I've been lookin on threads but can't find answer so hopefully u amazin people can answer, I have 4 stone to lose, only on green as im a veggie and im doin it from home. Should i be on 10 syns per day and can that go to 70 per week. Does anyone on here do that or have u got to have them each day. You see im great mon - thurs actually im an angel but wkends is when i turn into a devil so as this is my 1 st week im tryin to plan each day ahead as im determind for this work.
