can I use 15 syns and still hope to lose at wi?

EVening everyone, when I first joined sw my consultant advised to stick to ten syns per day which is what I have been doing but just for tonight I would like to relax bit more. I have the measuring jug out measuring my wine which is making me feel bit obsessed. this is reason I stopped ww, was getting myself in acaught up in point counting and what I could and couldn't eat. I enjoy sw very much but don't want to becomobsessed with syns. aJro when its wi on Tuesday it will be my star week which is already makin me think I won't lose or not a lot...someone please slap me? PLease x

The difference between 10 and 15 syns is only 100 calories so neither here nor there in terms of weight loss. If you need 15 to help you stay on plan then have 15 syns.

Really? i didnt know that though i do understand that its the difference of 700 calories per week. Thank you circes as i read your comments and know that you know what you are talking about. Guess i am just taking it to extremes and not comfortable to relax enough about sw yet. That is my problem - go to class and become fixated, dont go to class and dont follow. Hope to find a happy medium soon and not get too caught up in it. writing the post helped as i stopped at one glass (enough to destress) then ate some strawberries and grapes - thank you
