Can i use fromage frais instead of natural yog in this recipe?

Hiya

I have a recipe for beef stroganoff which you stir in natural yogurt into at the end, but I don't have any. I do have some fromage frais left from the massive pots they sell though (lol), so just wondered if i could replace it with that or would it taint the flavour?

I've swapped NY and FF around lots of times and not really noticed the difference, I say give it a whirl!!! xxxx
