Can I use fromage frais the same as 0% yogurt

I have some syn free fromage frais which i use for syn free blue cheese dip but can I use it to make chicken tikka in place of yogurt or would that be weird. Any help much appreciated.

I would think it would just make the sauce thicker and creamier - but it may 'split' during cooking, good luck with it.

on the tikka suace recipe on the sw website they use fromage frais (low fat). Ive made this and it is yummy!
