I've never ever made a risotto before so I got the rice to attempt one.

I'm making onion, ham & pea ristotto from leftovers.

Just need to check if the stock can be a made up oxo cube?

    Hi, Big Bear
Yes, you can use the OXO cube. Or you could use "Chicken Bovril" to make stock.
