can I use psyllium husk capsules instead of cambridge fibre??

can I use my psyllium husk powder capsules (colon care + capsules)
instead of cambridge fibre??

I am about to start cambridge diet next week and I have a bottle of these capsules and i've got some left, would I be able to use them if I feel the need??

I will buy a bottle of cambridge fibre but in the meantime can I use these up??

i use physillam husk capsules everyday as i cant add fibre to my shakes, i dont like the texture

I just wanted to add that I had real problems with constipation (to the extent that I actually gave up on Cambridge) until I found the Psyllium Husks - they are a lifesaver!!! I actually found the Cambridge Fibre pretty useless - but I don't know if that's the case for everybody ^^
