Hi, S.L Coco - did you find out about the mouth spray? Did you use it and did it affect your ketosis?

I'm interested to know as I've bought some today (although not used it yet). I'm only on day 5 and I don't think my family, friends, work colleagues etc can take the rancid breath for the next 6 moths.

i have a breath spray, but havent used it yet, well only once to see what it was like.

wouldnt of thought it would do any harm as you arent really swallowing anything. otherwise we wouldnt be able to use toothpaste either?
    but i could be wrong.
