Can my mum do this diet??

My mum really wants to do this diet! She currently weighs 10st 7lbs and is 5ft 5. She wants to loose a stone! Can she do this diet or is she not overweight enough?

Total loss- 28lbs so far

Yes she can but not sure if she can do low plans like SS or SS+ all depends on her BMI at present. Maybe consider 810 ?

Me and my mom do CD together. She's a few weeks behind me but doing great on Step 2 & I'm on SS+ xx

Hiya I am the same height as your mum and 10st 8 and on 810 as you cannot do SS or SS+ if at BMI of 25 or less which she would be, so medically isn't classed as overweight.
