:wave_cry: evening everybody, hope you are all well. I have just been catching up on the forum and have read that if you are on red/green you are allowed up to 15 syns a day, and if you are on ee then you should have about 10 . I thought the syn allowance was the same which every plan you are on red/green/ee thats between 5 / 15 a day. Oh dear, have i got it wrong. If anyone can clarify this for me i would be really greatful, as i dont want to have too many syns and wreck my efforts. Thanks in advance. Kateyb x

No, you are right, all plans allow up to 15 syns a day, minimum 5. My consultant did suggest trying to stick around 10 on EE, but 15 IS allowed!!
