Red Days Can someone check on me?

Hey guys

First day I've done a red in a while just wondered if you guys would check it, make sure I'm eating the right stuff & also that I'm not eating too much - something I'm guilty of on SW :eek::p

Breakfast:
2 x chocolate weetabix (HEB1 + 2 SYNS)
125ml skimmed milk

Snack:
Half a banana (shared with my little boy, heh)
Hazelnut Options - 1.5 syns

Lunch:
2 x weight watchers wholemeal bread from 400g loaf (HEB 2)
Slither of quark to replace butter
Sliced cooked boiled ham - lean
Sugar free redbull

Snacks:
Nectarine
Cup of tea using HEA1
Tiramisu Bar - 6 syns

Dinner:
SW Quiche - Sliced ham, Mushrooms, 42g half fat cheddar (HEA2), 2 x eggs, 1/2 tub quark
Broccoli, Carrots, Baby whole corn

Dessert:
1 x mini pot of sugar free lemon & lime jelly
1 x banana, 1 x clementine
1/2 tub quark with a White choc Options stirred in 2.5 syn

Snack:
1 x Caribbean Coconut options 1.5 syn
Dash of HEA1

Syns = 13.5

I think I got told the caramel & hazelnut are 1.5 by my consultant but thankyou i'll double check them hehe worst case scenario i've had 14.5 ooh by the skin of my teeth hehe ;-) xxxx

Just thought I'd pop back - rang my consultant who confirmed that caramel is 2, coconut & hazelnut and go bananas are 1.5 syns :D! Yummy, too xxx

Hehe Ive made a few SW friends very happy with this knowledge today :) the coconut ones are gorgeous! I mix it into quark and have it over the top of chopped banana mmmm!! xxxxx
