Hi I'm on my first day and doing it at home can u just tell me if what I've had today is ok ?
B - vanilla and choc muller tasks and strawbs

S- banana

L- chic and mush pasta n sauce pkt and lettuce carrots and red onions

s 1 alpen bar heb

d- went completly wrong as I was trying to par boil chips but forgot so ended up as.....
Mashed potato, onion, mushroom and carrot dry fried so It was like a frittata thing, beans and 1 quorn sausage which is still one of the syn feww range
and I havnt had it yet as im not hungry my 2nd alpen bar heb with maybe some yog and fruit

NO SYNS

Hows this for a 1st day menu

Tasks are supposed to be rasps oops and thanks I never know as I always seem to bugger things up without realising lol

Do I have to daily? or can I save them up and maybe have some on the weekend? I really should go to class:sigh:

A lot people save their syns for the weekend or for a special occasion but it doesn't work for everyone. SW discourage it as it's seen as encouraging binge eating. The only thing to do is try it and see if it affects your weight loss.

Some do save them. Especially for alcohol but I tend to use them daily. And at least 5 a day is the aim for the plan - you can still roll over the rest :)
