Im doing s/w this time without going to club i still have my packs etc but was looking though some mags the other day with the meal planners and got a bit confused so when im having a red day i can have 2 extra b choices can i? So lets say i have some cerial in the morning the a hm burger for tea i can also have a small bread roll? Just a lot of the sample menus only gave you one HE in it so i got my book out and it did say yes but thought i would just check with you all?

Yes that's right. The 7 day menu in the mag is for Extra Easy so only 1 x HEA and 1 x HEB. On red and green you can have two HEBs and either 1 or two HEAs.


S: 19st3lb C: 18st1.5lb BMI: 42.2 Loss: 1st1.5lb(5.76%)
If you are doing red or green you can have up to 2 hea's and 2 heb's.

The Extra easy plan has 1 of each so you are probably seeing that.
