Can someone give me a kick up the bum please?

Had a pretty crap week last week - travelling for work and then a weekend away too so wasn't unexpected when I had a gain yesterday morning :(

Today is the start of a new week though and i'm going to plan all my meals which I didn't do last week so I know where my downfall was - just need to contend with the long weekend!

Can you all please give me that big boot p the bum to get me back into the swing of things!

I know what you mean about contending with long weekends. I got that sinking feeling when I thought about it last night. It's one thing lasting my syns out in a week with 2 weekend days, but THREE??!!!
