Had a pretty crap week last week - travelling for work and then a weekend away too so wasn't unexpected when I had a gain yesterday morning 
Today is the start of a new week though and i'm going to plan all my meals which I didn't do last week so I know where my downfall was - just need to contend with the long weekend!
Can you all please give me that big boot p the bum to get me back into the swing of things!
