Im finding i really only like the porrige, and its really yummy

Im pretty sure my LLC said theres no limit to them, but just wanted to check...i mean theyve got bascially the same calories and carbs in them so just wanted to check

2 bottles left out of 4 to drink and taken some pain killers for my headache! hopefully things will be gooooood

as far as I know you could just have 4 porridge each day, contents-wise they are just another pack, not having extra carbs like the bars do

One girl in my group had 3 porridges a day and a bar. My LLC def said you can have 4 a day if you want. At least you have found one thing that you like x x

yup defo 4 porridege a day is fine , i asked in the begining too , similar carbs and cals to shakes/soups so its fine , i think we all tend to doubt because its like 'real' food :0) glad youve found a pack you like so much xx
