    I only started doing a diary on thurs, im doing green sw days. Hopefully you can see this pic image-3056838565.jpg

    On green days you get two hea and two heb. I would also suggest a not more variety have a look at lunch threads for ideas

    Thanks, i just like jacket potatoes! Pasta is easy to make for work, I dont like having to heat stuff up at worl xx

    I gained 1/2 lb my first week of doing SW going to classes- I am determined that I can do this, its just I want to know what others think of my diary- those who are further along the path to their goal xx

    I would measure your. Ilk out and put it in a jug in a fridge or take it in a flask. It can be easy to over measure it by eye.
