Please! I hope I've not made the same mistake as the bloody cous cous saga! Ie copied exactly what's written for the NV.

This is for a pot of Symingtons Plain Oats
Typical Values (made up as per instructions)

Per 100g (as consumed)
Protein - 3.5g
Carbs - 19.6g
Fat - 1.6g
Fibre - 0.9g

Per pot (as consumed)
Protein - 8.2g
Carbs - 45.9g
Fat - 3.7g
Fibre - 2.1g

The pot is 64g.

Where it says "as consumed" I take it to mean, as you would eat it. I.e with water added to the pot.

How on earth have I over and over again got 2pp using the calculator that's on iPhone WW app??? :(

Arrgh! I'm so fed up!

I think the reason u r getting 2pp is because u r using the nutritional information per 100g made up values but basing it on the 64g dry weight which would work out at 2pp, however when made up the pot would weigh more than 64g? Hope that makes sense lol! X

Hi :) yeah I got confused because it said as consumed. But as consumed would weigh more than 64g.... How do you work it out to get to 7pp though? x
