can someone syn this for me plz

Someone would need the NV but can do it per serving size or the whole lot. Just give the cals, fat, protein, carbs & fibre and whether those values are for 100g, serving size or whole pack/tin/dish.

If I've got the correct item, I've attached a link which shows the NV for someone's ease. Looking at the ingredients, as long as you're on an EE day (fish, lentils & potato) I recon it's only the coconut milk that'd have to be syn'd - and there's only 3 cals of per serving so it could very well be free!
