I agree that heat can really effect a persons eating habits. Also if you're having a lot of red days a high amount of protein (eggs, meat) also reduces a persons appetite.

Could also be psychological .. stress? worry? anxiety?

On a personal note a diet can be rather life consuming .. sometimes I lose interest in food because I'm just bored of thinking about syns/points/calories etc.

Blimey I wish I had that problem its crap here in Scotland its more like a wet horrible cold October than summertime.

I think getting checked out by your GP is a good idea if you are no changes into early next week honey.... take care I hope you are ok.

Gawd I wish I had that problem too! About 6 weeks ago I went off my food for a coupla weeks and lost half a stone (prior to SW) but my appetite soon came back and so did the weight lol!

Seriously though, if it carries on have a word with your GP.
