Can Tea be Part of Fluid Intake

    I know you have to drink gallons of water on CD, but can this include tea? I would find it a lot easier drinking gallons of tea :confused:.

    Reading through the manual it does say that your calorie free liquid can incluse black tea or coffee, herbal tea (not fruit or flower) and cambridge drink flavourings. Page 6 in the yellow book.

    Unfortunately though, the official answer is 'no' - despite what the book seems to say. :(

    So why does the yellow official book say its ok then and the pink one say it isn't. Bloody mind numbing if you ask me lol.
