can we have cold meat like ham ?

I do, but check the pack, some of them are packed with carbs - That chappy from Norfolk seems to add a lot of sugars in his packs

hi thanks for reply i emailed rob and he told me just to check the slim and save meal planner we can have anything on that i think as long as we stay in ketosis and within the kcals
