can we have this on either ss+ or 810 if we leave out vanilla. can we have soft cheese or is it only cottage cheese?

not sure so don't take my word, but assuming this an american site i think they call cottage cheese soft cheese...as say's well drained so assume they mean that and not the philidelphia kind of cheese. still not sure if allowed though. sorry x

You can if you make it with Quark low fat soft cheese, which is a smooth cottage cheese, with around the same fat content.
