    poo!:sick0019:

Sorry but I need advice from those going through this.

Mine is runny - water like (I drink loads of water at the mo due to last weeks naughtiness).

And when I need to go - I need to go!

Is this just because I am drinking so much liquid or should I be concerned.

(Its all weight loss though! hee hee):sign0137:

I am like this when I drink a lot of water too, usually due to me drinking too much in one go or in a short amount of time. it can be really bad too! Try and space your drinking and your packs out and it might ease off. Alternatively be careful in case you have a bug!

I'm very loose but I have to lay some of the blame on the water flavourings --- they make you go!

Thanks all - wasn't worried per se as I have no other symptoms so I presumed it was just too much water. I drink it non stop in the evenings - I can't stop!

:sick0019:LOL I'm glad it's all going well for you now :sign0131:

I find that this diet tends to have me at one end or the other but hardly ever 'normal' inbetween :)

I'm great today, had a good day dietwise and the day was made better by finishing early at work so it's been pretty good all round.

Got to say that your dog looks so cute :)
