Can you check my menu quickily please?

Hi all
I use an app in input what I ate for the day just to keep track. Yesterday it said I didnt eat enough... what do you guys think of this

B- 2 weetabix 100ml or semi skimmed (HEA HEB) with a banana
L- Lentil kofte ( maybe 50g red lentils, 30 grams bulgur, spring onion) and then wrapped in lettuce leaves
D- 50g rice with a stir fry of mushrooms, onion, carrots, peppers and garden peas.

Syns- 200ml glass of white wine.

I do green days. recently had a bit of a slow time (losses wise) so have increased my amount of SF veg and usually i have more fruit just not today.

I'm not sure why u would be weighing your rice/lentils etc hun? Its free.- eat as much as you need

What was your plan for your other heb as well? Maybe have a couple if alpen lights or some ryvita as a snack?

I'd add some more salad to lunch if it was me as well.

I suppose it depends whether you were full or not but as Kingleds said, I'm wondering why you are weighing out the free foods? And try to have your whole HexA and both B choices as well. Did you have sauce/dressing on lunch or dinner?

Yeah when I see it written down I can see im missing my HEB and that I havent writted down that i used my other HEA with my coffees.
I previously have been very 'free' with the free foods! And so I just started to weigh out rice and pasta as a means to try to limit how much I ate because I could eat SOOO much of them!!
I didnt feel hungry at all and felt pretty full after lunch and dinner. Just reaaalllyyy want to have a good week and dont wanna mess up by eatin too little!!!!
I really don't think you need to limit the free foods so much.

Its more likely that you should reduce the snacking on free foods rather than the amount you have in meals. I used to snack on muller lights and mug shots - neither of which I would now consider as 'snacks'. I now try & snack on fruit or veg, but I don't worry too much about the amount of free food I am eating as long as I keep to the 1/3rd superfree. There has to be a middle ground between eating all the free food in sight, and limiting yourself to this extent - can you imagine weighing out your rice for the rest of your life to make sure you don't eat too much?!?

Its an analogy tat is used a lot on here, but think of your body as a car. It needs fuel to keep going, and if you don't give it enough it stops running. Your body will start storing food up if you don't eat enough.

Basically -eat a bit more!!!
Yeah I agree with your APP, if I ate only that i'd be starving lol

If you're doing Green/Red you need to have 1-2 HE A's & 2 HE B's

plus don't be weighing rice etc as its free and you can eat as much as you want :)

Thanks for your answers guys, will stop beating myself up about the Free and eat what my body wants :)
Am having a jacket pot with beans for lunch and dinner will probably be pasta with a tomato and veg sauce. :)
