Hi guys, I am new to slimming world this week
my main concern is can you eat too much of the free food. DOes the diet work best if you eat more or less free food, if i eat less and less of it will i lose more, or should you eat as much a you like, I have a big appetite and am worried I will gain weight my first week if i eat large meals jsut because they are sin free
