I am on ss and I have used the extra energy to my advantage by doing 30min bursts on the exercise bike. I have felt no ill effects but I did exercise before doing ss...

hey hon. if you are already exercising then continuing shouldn't be a problem. if you aren't then it is recommended to take it easy until you are well into ketosis. so nothing hard core until the first two weeks are over methinks. hope that helps...
