What I mean is, I've had a red lunch (Smoked salmon salad) and am having roast veg pasta for tea. Does this mean I can have 2 x HEXA & B, or would I have to count it as an EE day and only have 1 healthy extras?
No it can be a mix 2 max day red dinner green lunch (or whatever) and 4 HEX! Do a search for mix 2 max! Xxx
Oh I think I remember reading something about this - I think you can do it as long as you don't snack between meals - am I right?
Sounds quite handy ...
If I remember correctly on M2M you have to take the higher syn value on anything thats synned.(whereas on EE you take the lower one)

As we all know, sometimes consultants get it wrong, but in this case I think they are right.
As far as I can tell Mix to Match was an old plan that existed before Extra Easy was brought in. When EE came in Mix to Max was phased out. EE limits your Heathly Extras more than Green or Original, so I suppose it might have been perceived that people over ate on some of those higher calorie HE type foods when following Mix to Match which is why EE was bought in. I cant be entirely sure whats true - the only place I've heard about Mix to Match is on Minimins - and whilst we all know consultants get it wrong sometimes - so can mini-mins contributors (deep fried weatherspoons spuds anyone??? Sorry )
Deep
Fries weatherspoons spuds????? Is that why the syns are so high?
