can you use ibuprofen for bad back

i know some your not as they got sugar coating but is there any thing else paracetmal it hitting it cheers for any advice

I was told you can use nurofen when I hurt my shoulder so im sure its fine hun x

i only ever take paracetomol as ibubrofen gives me heart burn so just try good ol paracetomol
