:) I have some Lighter life savory powders to add to water and need to know if I can use them on the plan?

Aren't Lighterlife and Cambridge essentially the same thing??:)

Hun some people say they are made by the same company. But i do know it wont cause u any problems having their savoury drink on Ll whilst on CD.
    Take care x

Be careful with the LL savoury drink, as it's got a lot of salt in it (22% if memory serves me correctly) and salt makes you retain water.

CD have their own, less salty, version which is probably better for you if you're doing CD.

Personally, I wouldn't mix and match LL and CD products as they do have slightly different formulas.

Dont mix and match LL and CD together...
