Can You Use Lighter Life Products On Cambridge Diet???

I have some Lighter life savory powders to add to water and need to know if I can use them on the plan?

Aren't Lighterlife and Cambridge essentially the same thing??

Hun some people say they are made by the same company. But i do know it wont cause u any problems having their savoury drink on Ll whilst on CD.

but you shouldnt have it untill you are in ketosis as with any flavourings

Be careful with the LL savoury drink, as it's got a lot of salt in it (22% if memory serves me correctly) and salt makes you retain water.

CD have their own, less salty, version which is probably better for you if you're doing CD.

Personally, I wouldn't mix and match LL and CD products as they do have slightly different formulas.

Yes thats true, and i agree with Isobel here.

Dont mix and match LL and CD together...
